Our History

The Hamburg Natural History Society (HNHS) was incorporated in 1993, received IRS nonprofit 501(c)3 status in 1994, and in January 1995 acquired a portion of the former Pennsylvania-Dixie Cement Quarry in Hamburg, New York. Follow our three decade journey here.
