Cancellation & Refund Policy

Penn Dixie reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter any program. Though we operate tours in rain and cold weather, lightning or other severe conditions will result in cancellation. Penn Dixie will make every effort to communicate changes to all parties.

Group Tours: Changes to your reservation, including final group numbers, must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Groups that arrive at Penn Dixie and did not provide us with the change 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation may not receive a refund for the difference in price.

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule tours, provided staffing is available and the new date does not conflict with an existing tour. If a tour cannot be rescheduled, we will issue a refund. The refund will be assessed an administrative fee of $20. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled program, we reserve the right to charge the full program fee. If you registered for a program that was canceled by Penn Dixie, you will receive a full refund.

Birthday Parties: Penn Dixie will not refund deposits for cancellations made less than 14 business days prior to the party. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the party will incur a $20 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.
