Consider Penn Dixie and our accredited merit badge counselor(s) for completing your Scout’s merit badge requirements! Our Scout group rate is $15 per Scout, 10 Scout minimum. If you have less than 10 Scouts, you can book a badge program at our rate of $150. 1 adult is included for free with every 5 Scouts. Additional adults are welcome to join at $10 / each. Some badges are subject to an additional materials charge based on supplies needed and number of Scouts. At least one adult must remain with your Scouts for the duration of the program.
Please note that most badges can be completed in one 2 hour session, but the Boy Scout Environmental Science badge must be completed in one 4 hour session or two 2 hour sessions. The cost for the Boy Scout Environmental Science badge is $30 per Scout, 10 Scout minimum.

A deposit of $75 will be required at the time of badge program booking. Any additional balance must be paid by badge completion. We request that payment be made by a single transaction.
If you are planning a group visit with your Scouts, but are not seeking our staff’s help with achieving a badge, you can book a 2 hour tour at a rate of $10 per person, 10 person minimum. Groups of fewer than 10 people have a flat rate of $100. This rate does not include staff’s assistance with achieving a merit badge, but an educator will lead your group on a guided tour focused on fossil hunting and site exploration.
