Jennifer Hasse – Chair

Jennifer served on the board from 2017-2022 and again 2025-present. She severed as Board Chair 2022 . She is excited to continue supporting Penn Dixie’s growth as a distinctive regional destination, strengthening its education-focused mission and broadening our each to communities across the region and beyond!

Tyler Rolland, PhD – Vice Chair
Research Scientist, Department of Neurology, University of Buffalo
Tyler is a biomedical scientist studying how the immune system shapes injury and recovery across organ systems. Tyler has been an active Penn Dixie visitor and volunteer, and now serves on the Board of Directors to help support its science-forward growth. He is excited to expand accessibility, hands-on learning, strengthen research and education partnerships, and help more people connect with Penn Dixie’s mission through engaging community programming.

Stephan Bell – Secretary
Chief Administrative Law Judge, Social Security Administration
Has been a public interest attorney since 2002, primarily working as a public defender and as an administrative law judge. Stephan is enthusiastic about this opportunity to serve, particularly about sharing the joy of science with our community!

Noelle Wutz – Treasurer
CPA, RSM US LLP
Born and raised in Hamburg, Noelle is excited about the opportunity to give back to her community through a great organization like Penn Dixie. As a Certified Public Accountant, Noelle is looking forward to serving Penn Dixie so it can continue outreach to the local community and promote learning at all ages!

Brent Bonds
U-Dig Fossils, Operator
Brent works as an operator and media manager at U-Dig Fossils, as a fossil collector/preparator for The Bug House in Millard Co., Utah, and as a paleo-tourism consultant. With a passion for public education within the arts and natural sciences, he is delighted to be of service to Penn-Dixie, an organization that ties together so many of his interests and values.

Megan Camuto
HRBP at Catholic Health
Megan is an experienced HR professional specializing in employee relations, labor relations, and organizational culture. She maintains close relationships with leaders and stakeholders to solve problems, strengthen engagement, and support strategic goals. Megan is dedicated to creating workplace environments where people feel supported, valued, and heard.

Paul Chinnici
Business Owner, Project Planner, Author
Paul’s expertise and skills have benefited Penn Dixie and the Board of Directors, specifically in project management and planning. Paul has authored The Silurian Experience, which documents the fossils and paleoecology of the Rochester Shale. He is the proprietor of a fossil-selling and trading business, has 15 years of photography experience, and is experienced with website management. Paul is delighted to help continue providing a high-quality experience and earth science education to the public. “Penn Dixie is close to my heart as I dug there most every weekend for 5 years in the 80’s and early 90’s!”

JulieAnn Hugick
Retired Earth Science Teacher
JulieAnn is a retired Earth Science teacher and a Life Member of Penn Dixie. A board member since 2025, she brings 33 years of experience teaching Earth Science downstate, along with a strong academic foundation—a BS in Geology from SUNY Fredonia and a Master’s in Geology from the University at Buffalo. Now retired and back home in Hamburg, she’s happy to be back in the 716 and excited to continue supporting Penn Dixie’s mission of science education and community engagement.

Megan Lostracco-Reed (New Member)
Chief Strategy & IT Officer, WNY Integrated Care Collaborative
Megan is a strategic executive in the nonprofit sector and a leadership coach. Megan has a lifelong passion for science and learning. Megan’s career has been rooted in health and human services, giving her deep experience in mission-driven work and community impact—experience she is excited to bring to Penn Dixie. Serving on the Board of Penn Dixie allows her to reconnect with her desire to support the expansion of science and education in a meaningful way. She is excited to contribute her experience in strategic planning to expand Penn Dixie’s impact both locally and beyond, and to volunteer at important upcoming events!

Izzy Marohn
Admin & Marketing Assistant, Retech Systems
With an education in Archeology , Izzy is excited to use their education and acquired skills to assist Penn Dixie. “Being a part of this organization is an honor and I am thrilled to be able to give back to our community.”
