Penn Dixie has a limited supply of bulk fossils for sale for educational purposes. Our supply includes horn corals, brachiopods, crinoid stems, and partial trilobites. Fossils are washed prior to shipping. Bulk fossils are available in 1/2 pound quantities for $19.99 plus taxes and shipping. Bulk fossils are sold as mixed lots, you cannot request a bulk order of a specific fossil.
We also have bulk material for sale. Bulk material consists of unwashed rock and fossils, ideal for home or classroom fossil hunting. Bulk material is sold in large USPS flat rate boxes (12-1/4 in. x 12 in x 6 in). Boxes are $55 each, including shipping. Orders of 6 or more are $50 each, including shipping.
Bulk fossils and bulk material is typically unavailable to purchase mid-fall through early spring due to our inability to collect large quantities of rocks and fossils during the cold, snowy season.
